Arena is the lead Housing Association for the Stanley Park Zone of Opportunity, one of the Pathfinder areas in Liverpool. The Anfield and Breckfield Renewal Area forms part of the Stanley Zone and includes a mixture of property, some scheduled for demolition, some for refurbishment.

The Stanley Park Zone comprises 7,000 properties, but only 1683 of which are actually planned for demolition. The area is split into seven clearance phases spanning 15 years.  Demolition has been completed on Phases 1 and 2.  All Phase 2 residents have now been re-housed.

Residents within Phase 3 have all been visited and re-housing needs assessed.  Phases 3, 4 & 5 are now active with re-housing in progress.  A number of residents within Phases 4/5 were given the opportunity to move permanently onto the Rosemount Estate, this estate is now fully occupied and all 55 rented homes are now tenanted.
