Anfield and Breckfield has a long history of being resident lead in terms of activity that takes place in the area. The area is home to two very strong neighbourhood councils, who ensure that the 11 active resident groups within the area are properly advised.
The regeneration taking place in the area is also closely managed by residents and a community involvement structure has been in place since plans where first developed.
