Anfield and Breckfield is part of Arena Housing Group and is managed through the same governance structure. There is a briefing group that feeds back operational performance to the Group Board. This group consists of three board members, and a number of group staff members.

The Group Board has also appointed Jack Carter as the Anfield/Breckfield board champion. Jack attends local meetings and is heavily involved in the work that Arena undertakes in the area which makes him able to accurately report back to the Group Board on progress.
